What can you do without a team?
I tend to have a high drive and attempt to get a lot done which isn’t uncommon among entrepreneurs. I’ve come to realize the importance of not disregarding the need to build a team as well.
Not only build a team but learn their strengths, trust their contributions and rely on their input.
If the team is in sports, business or trying to change the world the lessons apply equally.
