Squad, relationship, weight, financial goals all start with the end in mind. Unfortunately we know a goal by itself isn’t good enough to get results you want. That takes something else.

Sometimes it’s seems like it a carrot will do it like a wedding, vacation or a new love interest. Other times a stick seems to be needed like losing a job or getting a bad report from the doc.

But even though you may get the results you wanted, we’ve seen too many times those results being temporary as well.
