We’ve all heard of FOMO … fear of missing out but something I’ve recently heard is a reason people have a hard time saying no isn’t just FOMO, but also fear of disappointing others as well as fear of conflict with others.
Unfortunately I can understand and relate too well to these, which is why I know I have a hard time saying no.
I can’t fall in love with an opportunity, and if I have to say no to something that doesn’t mean I’m the only person in the world that can get it done.
I know I have to come to grips with the realization, just as trains come and go so do opportunities.
