Great ideas are… useless.
Of course we need ideas… desire without an idea is just a wish. But who cares if you have the best idea in the world if you don’t execute on it? No one.
If you have an idea and don’t execute it, the only thing you own when SOMEONE else DOES execute the idea (yes someone else has your exact idea right now), is being able to say “Man I had that idea” or “Oh, they stole my idea”. NO ONE CARES!
You didn’t put up the risk of trying the idea.
You didn’t put forth an effort in trying the idea.
You didn’t do anything… so you don’t deserve anything.
Harsh? Yes…. but so is reality. Either put up or shut up.
