What does it take to bring home a trophy taller than a standard outdoor trash can ?
Maybe many hours on the court or field practicing a skill, money in coaching, more time on the field for games, travel, sacrifice … for the chance to win the big trophy.
Was it worth it or is it trash?
Of course if you got a trophy or not, there is something about working hard to master a skill which then translates to the ability to win a trophy. But the question remains… is it worthwhile?
